Raghib is a student-at-law at Cooligan Yehia LLP. Before moving to Canada and registering for the lawyer licensing process, he worked for law firms in India and the United States where he completed his Masters in US Legal studies in the year 2015. He has over 12 years of professional experience in litigation.
Raghib embarked on his legal journey with a passion for safeguarding the rights of individuals facing legal challenges. His career has been marked by a series of notable litigation successes, where he has tirelessly fought for the rights of his clients.
Beyond the courtroom, Raghib is deeply committed to community service and pro bono work. He actively participates in initiatives that promote legal education and access to justice for vulnerable sections of population with the Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization, reflecting his belief in the transformative power of the law. Furthermore, he worked on immigration issues in India and the US, criteria for grant of visas (business, employment, etc.), immigration rules applicable to expatriates, and coordination with immigration agents on Foreigner Regional Registration Office (FRRO) registration and protocols.
