Associate

Vibhor is an associate with a practice focused on estate and trust litigation. He assists clients with contentious estate matters, including will challenges, capacity disputes, asset tracing and preservation, trustee removal applications, and fiduciary disputes. He also advises estate trustees and beneficiaries on the risks, rights, and practical decisions that can arise during estate administration. Vibhor approaches each matter with care, clarity, precision, and a focus on helping clients navigate difficult family and financial issues with confidence.

Vibhor articled and summered at a leading national law firm, where he worked on a range of litigation matters. He also completed a secondment with a national bank, advising on fraudulent transactions, regulatory processes involving CIRO and OSFI, and employment and commercial settlement matters.

Before practising in Canada, Vibhor was a litigation lawyer in India, where he appeared before courts and tribunals in a wide range of disputes.
